Crab, Cucumber, Ginger-Soy Cream Cheese, and Scallions.

Beef Carpaccio
Thinly Sliced Raw Steak Tenderloin with Truffle Dijonaise, Manchego Cheese, Capers, Shallot, and Lemon-Dressed Arugula, served with a Leavened Baguette.
